In an exclusive feature for PEOPLE's digital cover, actress Glenn Close shared her thoughts on revisiting the 1987 thriller Fatal Attraction during a private screening with her All’s Fair co-stars at Kris Jenner’s home. The event was hosted by Jenner, who serves as an executive producer on the new Ryan Murphy legal drama, after Kim Kardashian admitted she had never seen the iconic film.
“It had been a very long time since I’d rewatched the film,” Close said. “It was wonderful to realize that the movie holds up incredibly well. In fact, I think there’s almost been a cultural shift since it first came out. It was a very special evening.”
When asked about Kim Kardashian’s first impression of the movie, Close recalled with a laugh that Kardashian described it as “insane, from the outfits to the boobs to the—,” before Close playfully interrupted,
“I like that she says outfits first.”
Close revealed that she often takes home costumes from her film sets, noting that her personal wardrobe could surprise Kardashian.
“I laugh because if Kim could see my closet at home, I don’t even know what her reaction would be. Every time I walk into my closet, I think of her.”
Glenn Close fondly revisited Fatal Attraction with Kim Kardashian, reflecting on its timeless impact, shifting cultural context, and their shared appreciation for style and costume design.
