Three Palestinians lost their lives on Friday following renewed airstrikes launched by Zionist forces across multiple areas of the Gaza Strip. These attacks constitute a clear breach of the ceasefire that has been in force since October 10.
According to medical sources cited by Wafa, the fatalities occurred in separate bombings that targeted Khan Younis, located in southern Gaza, and the central area of the enclave.
Wafa reported that, overnight between Thursday and Friday, Zionist forces detonated several residential buildings east of Gaza and Khan Younis, while warships opened fire off the coast of Gaza City.
In parallel with the Gaza bombings, Zionist forces continued their violent raids in the occupied West Bank. One person was killed and another injured in Ramallah, Wafa said.
Since October 7, 2023, the continuous military offensive by Zionist forces against the Gaza Strip has resulted in 68,643 deaths and 170,655 injuries. The majority of victims are women and children, according to statistics released Thursday by Palestinian health authorities.
The repeated airstrikes and raids illustrate the persistent escalation in the region, where civilian suffering continues despite an official ceasefire.
