The renowned British chef Rick Stein, known for his classic seafood cuisine and his Australian restaurants Bannisters in Port Stephens and Mollymook, is set to open his first Sydney restaurant next month near Coogee Beach. The oceanfront 224-seat venue is already attracting many bookings.
