The first series of Celebrity Traitors concluded last night with iconic chat show host Alan Carr emerging as the winner after a series of dramatic moments.
Alan Carr used clever deception to convince the other players he was not a Traitor, allowing him to claim the prize money for his chosen charity.
Following his win, Alan Carr finally addressed the news that his friend and fellow Celebrity Traitors star Paloma Faith is expecting her third child.
True to his humorous style, Alan joked about the pregnancy. Initially, he said nothing when Paloma revealed her pregnancy despite their close friendship.
On the spin-off show Traitors Uncloaked, Alan made a playful comment, joking that he is the father of Paloma’s unborn child.
“I am so sorry, you know I am. I want to tell everyone that I am the father of her child. We had a make up hug and one thing lead to another.”
The two friends had joked about falling out over the BBC show. Paloma was the first to be eliminated, and her departure was orchestrated by Alan.
During the series, the Traitors received a task to “murder” someone in plain sight, and Paloma became the victim in this challenge.
Alan Carr won the first series of Celebrity Traitors and responded to Paloma Faith’s pregnancy news with humor, joking that he is the father while reflecting on their playful on-show rivalry.
