Cineplex Hosts Free Movie Day Across Canada
Cineplex's annual Community Day will take place on Saturday, November 15, offering Canadians free movies and games at various locations nationwide.
Free Movie Screenings
Fans can watch selected movies at no charge with complimentary tickets available exclusively in theatres starting from 9 a.m. local time on a first-come, first-served basis during a two-hour window.
Discounted Food and Drinks
During the event, guests can purchase regular popcorn, drinks, or select candy for $3 plus tax at Cineplex theatres.
Games and Arcade Offers
- Cineplex’s in-theatre Xscape arcades will provide free 30-minute non-redemption playcards or tokens.
- The Rec Room and Playdium venues will offer free one-hour game bands from 9 a.m.
- Until noon, $3 food items such as fries and mini donuts will be available at The Rec Room, and regular popcorn, fries, or select candy at Playdium.
Charitable Contribution
Cineplex stated, "$1 from every food and beverage purchase, Xscape play card purchase and reload, and game band purchase and reload at The Rec Room and Playdium will be donated to BGC Canada."
BGC Canada supports youth through transformative programs and community services.
