Edgar Wright Screens ‘The Running Man’ for Directors
Edgar Wright recently held a private screening of his film The Running Man at the Paramount lot, attracting many prominent filmmakers including Taika Waititi, Jordan Peele, Ti West, Joseph Kosinski, Barry Jenkins, JT Mollner, Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, Joe Dante, and Walter Hill.
‘Baby Driver 2’ Script Completion
A script for Baby Driver 2 is now finished, though it remains unclear if the original cast—including lead Ansel Elgort—will return. Jon Bernthal is rumored to have a bigger role in this sequel.
"There is a script for ‘Baby Driver 2.’ That is something that actually exists," Wright confirmed on the Discourse Podcast. "But most filmmaking depends on factors beyond you — timing, financing, who’s available. You’re not always completely in control of those things."
