WADA announces elected members of 2026 National Anti-Doping Organization Expert Advisory Group

The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has announced the ten newly elected members of its National Anti-Doping Organization (NADO) Expert Advisory Group (EAG) for the 2026–2028 term.

“On behalf of WADA, I would like to extend our congratulations to the ten elected members of WADA’s NADO Expert Advisory Group. The NADO EAG brings invaluable insight into anti-doping matters, and its regional structure provides both regional and global perspective,” said WADA President Witold Bańka.

Bańka added that he is confident the members will use their expertise and dedication to clean sport to make meaningful contributions. He also noted that those elected to the Foundation Board will play an essential role in the agency’s governance. He looks forward to collaborating closely with the group.

Election Process

The ten representatives were selected through a virtual election held from 28 to 30 October 2025.
All National Anti-Doping Organizations (NADOs) were informed of the candidate list on 29 September 2025.
Eligible NADOs registered to vote by 21 October 2025.
Voting rights were limited to NADOs meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in Article 3 of the NADO EAG Election Procedure.
Out of 121 registered NADOs, 116 (95%) took part in the election.

The newly elected members will officially begin their term on 1 January 2026. A detailed list of representatives, organized alphabetically by region, is available through WADA’s channels.
