South Korean singer Hyuna collapsed during her performance at the Waterbomb music festival in Macau on November 9, 2025, sparking concerns about her health.
While performing her hit song "Bubble Pop!" (2011), the 33-year-old artist suddenly fainted on stage. Backup dancers quickly assisted her, and a security staff member carried her offstage.
Later that day, Hyuna addressed the incident on Instagram, apologizing to fans and assuring them she was fine.
“I’m truly sorry. It was only a short time since my last performance, but I wanted to show you my best side.”
She admitted she had no memory of the fainting episode and apologized again to fans in Macau who had paid to see her perform.
“I’ll try to build up my stamina and work hard consistently. It will be so great if everything goes my way, but I’ll try my best.”
Hyuna is a former member of K-pop groups Wonder Girls, 4Minute, and Triple H.
