The return of Big Brother has given Network 10 a welcome boost, landing second in its timeslot and pushing The Golden Bachelor into third place.
My Kitchen Rules remained the top entertainment show of the night with 1.01 million viewers in the National TV Audience, staying well ahead of rivals.
Big Brother also led among key demographics of 16–39 and 25–54 age groups.
Seven won the night overall, though Network 10 experienced a rise in share not seen in a while. Nine News attracted 1.28 million viewers, followed by a late edition at 442,000.
