Jetstar has announced the introduction of Airbus A321LR flights connecting the Sunshine Coast to Bali through Singapore, expanding affordable travel options between Queensland and Indonesia.
The new service will commence on March 25, 2026, marking the first international connection of this kind from Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY). Jetstar will operate three weekly flights to Denpasar Airport (DPS) using its Airbus A321LR aircraft.
Each flight will take approximately six hours, offering around 70,000 seats annually. This route becomes Jetstar’s first direct connection between the Sunshine Coast and Bali, as well as its tenth direct Australian route to the popular island destination.
The new route follows Jetstar’s earlier launch of Gold Coast–Bali flights and becomes the fourth service connecting Queensland to Bali. The flight schedule allows smooth same-day connections through Singapore Changi Airport (SIN), linking Sunshine Coast travelers to Singapore via a Bali stopover.
The new connection also opens a gateway for travelers from Singapore and Southeast Asia to visit Queensland’s Sunshine Coast region directly.
Jetstar launched a limited-time 48-hour sale with one-way fares from Sunshine Coast to Bali starting at AU$199 (USD $130).
Tickets are available through the airline’s official website.
