Entergy announced that Marcus Brown, executive vice president and general counsel, will retire in Spring 2026. Starting December 1, Brown will become Executive Legal Advisor to Entergy’s Chair and CEO, Drew Marsh.
Brown’s duties will be divided between two senior executives reporting directly to Marsh:
Brown led the Power of Prosperity program, a decade-long $20 million pledge to support students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities. He also serves on the boards of Tulane University and Energy Insurance Mutual.
