Edinburgh Comedy Award-nominated comedian and cult clown Elf Lyons will bring two of her most acclaimed shows to Soho Theatre's Main Theatre this winter, following successful runs at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and beyond. Performances start in December 2025.
In the critically acclaimed The Bird Trilogy, Lyons performs three shows—Swan, Chiffchaff, and Raven—which create a riotous trilogy. Each piece explores different themes: ballet, economics, and horror, all reimagined with Elf's unique clowning, mime, and surreal theatrical style.
Following its Sky Arts Comedy Award win in 2025, Horses, created by Elf Lyons and performed by Treacle, arrives at Soho Theatre. It is the first-ever comedy show performed entirely by a horse. The show celebrates the inner child and the magic of imagination. It invites audiences to embrace playful energy, the power of pretend, and the whimsical view of life through a horse's perspective.
