Entergy Executive Vice President and General Counsel to Retire in 2026

Entergy announced on November 6, 2025, that Marcus Brown, executive vice president and general counsel, will retire in Spring 2026 after a remarkable legal career spanning nearly 40 years.

Transition and New Leadership Roles

Following his retirement, Brown will take on the role of Executive Legal Advisor to Entergy's Chair and CEO, Drew Marsh.
