Glenfarne and Baker Hughes Form Strategic Alliance for Alaska LNG Project

Glenfarne and Baker Hughes have entered into definitive agreements to advance the Alaska LNG Project. Glenfarne chose Baker Hughes as the supplier for key equipment, including main refrigerant compressors for the LNG terminal and power generation units for the North Slope gas treatment plant.

Additionally, Baker Hughes committed to a strategic investment to support the development of Alaska LNG. This partnership was officially announced during a ceremony held in Washington, D.C., attended by U.S. Secretary of the Interior Doug Burgum and Secretary of Energy Chris Wright.
