Actor and comedian Amy Schumer is selling her 1886-built French Quarter pied-à-terre, which she describes as her “dream, dramatic New Orleans hang.”
After putting her Brooklyn Heights townhouse on the market in March, Schumer and her husband, chef and farmer Chris Fischer, are now parting with their New Orleans home for $1.25 million, according to Nola.com.
They purchased the roughly 2,000-square-foot home in 2021, joining other celebrities with properties in the historic French Quarter, including Lenny Kravitz, Nicolas Cage, and former couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
Schumer said she and her husband bought the cozy NOLA residence after she “fell in love” with the city in 2016.
Though their primary residence is in New York City, Schumer and Fischer have enjoyed this unique home in the heart of New Orleans.
