Other passengers attempted to rouse him, and the bus driver called out “Hello” and patted him on the arm. The male passenger did not respond. The driver apologized to the passengers, saying, “Sorry everyone, it seems this passenger might be having an issue,” and proceeded to dial 999 to call the police.
