Raja Jackson, son of UFC legend Rampage Jackson, has pleaded not guilty to assaulting a pro wrestler during a live broadcast on Kick.
On August 23, Jackson entered the ring at KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy and punched wrestler Syko Stu, whose real name is Stewart Smith, multiple times.
The incident occurred after an earlier encounter where Stu pretended to hit Jackson with a beer, thinking it was part of the act. Although they briefly made amends, the situation escalated when Jackson returned to the ring and punched Stu, causing "very serious" facial injuries.
As a result, Stu has reportedly retired from in-ring action following the incident. Jackson faces a potential 7-year sentence for the assault.
