Hoover fellow Dan Wang advocates for 'abundance'

Dan Wang on Abundance

Hoover fellow Dan Wang spoke at a well-attended session facilitated by Stanford Abundance and the Society for International Affairs.

Stanford Abundance co-president Victoria Ren ’26 asked the audience,

“Who here wants to own a house in their lifetime?”
Almost everyone raised their hands.

The session, “America’s Lawyers vs. China’s Engineers,” provided new insights into cultural work ethics and the abundance movement.

Stanford Abundance co-president Shreya Mehta ’26 noted,

“Not a ton of people at Stanford are necessarily thinking, I want to build something that is going to help my society,”
highlighting the importance of the abundance movement.
