Average gasoline prices in Illinois have fallen 9.8 cents per gallon over the past week, now averaging $3.18 per gallon, according to GasBuddy's survey of 4,378 stations across the state.
Prices in Illinois are 26 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and 28.3 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
