Three Men Charged After Worthing Tanning Salon Fire
Dozens of residents were evacuated from flats above TanTastic on Broadwater Street West after a blaze broke out on 21 October 2024.
Three men, Stuart Jenkins, 62, Brandon Tipling, 20, and Archie Ellins, 19, have been charged with conspiracy to commit arson with recklessness as to whether life was endangered.
Detective Inspector Louise Baileff said: The three men are due to appear before Crawley Magistrates’ Court next month.
A woman previously arrested in connection with the incident has been released without charge.
