Dubai RTA Expands Nol Card Services
Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has expanded the nol card's functionality beyond transport, enabling payments for parking, retail, and education services.
Through partnerships with KHDA, Parkin, and PayPal, alongside GTS Alive Middle East, residents and visitors can soon use the nol card for daily life expenses, including dining and entertainment.
The move aims to promote smart, contactless payments and strengthen Dubai's digital transformation drive.
The nol card will become a universal payment tool for multiple sectors.

The partnerships were announced at GITEX Global 2025, where RTA signed three Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).
