The game is based on the comic written and illustrated by Patrick Hovarth, which follows Samantha Strong, a murderous bear living in the town of Woodbury, described as "Dexter meets Arthur" and published by IDW Comics.
In the game, 1-6 players take on the role of different citizens in Woodbury, such as Cybil Montgomery the Parakeet Palm Reader or Tommy Turnbuckle the turtle postman.
