Alleged Assault: Court Adjourns Odumodublvck Trial
The FCT High Court, Life Camp, Abuja has adjourned the trial of Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, known as "Odumodublvck", in a case of assault and battery, until November 26.
The claimant, musician Levi Ogbogiri, known as "Kraziecent", instituted a suit against Odumodublvck for violently assaulting and battering him on December 16.
"The hearing may not commence today because the defendant's counsel, Sheriff Bello had not responded, we, however, pray to the court for a date,"
said Uchenna Ojembe, the claimant's counsel, after informing the court that the defendant had been served with all necessary documents but had yet to reply.
Adeyemi-Ajayi fixed the date for the trial to proceed.
