Illawarra Hawks' Coach Denies 'False' Report
Illawarra Hawks head coach Justin Tatum slammed a report about departed import JaQuori McLaughlin, calling it 'false' after the team's big win.
The Hawks and McLaughlin mutually agreed to part ways on Friday, a day before Illawarra defeated the Brisbane Bullets 116-89 at WIN Entertainment Centre.
The report was false, and that young man was nothing but a pleasure for our organisation and in our locker room, on and off the court.
Tatum's statement came in response to a report by Code Sports claiming McLaughlin was a 'cancer' in the locker room.
