At 73, Celebrity Traitor Celia Imrie reveals her approach to maintaining good health.
'I loathe gyms,'
she said, emphasizing her dislike for traditional exercise methods. Instead, Celia prefers walking as her primary form of exercise.
'If I meet a pal, I’d rather walk and talk than sit on my backside in a coffee shop.'
She also credits her two new hips for giving her more energy. Although she wishes she could run faster, Celia enjoys other activities like cycling by the sea and practicing Taekwondo, in which she holds an orange belt.
'You need to watch out when I do it – I get very aggressive,'
she warned. As for her nutrition, Celia starts her day with a cup of tea with masala spice and lots of coffee.
