Four veterans who claim to have suffered from various symptoms after taking an antimalarial drug during their service can proceed with their lawsuit against the manufacturers.

A class-action lawsuit filed by four former service members, Andrea Caston, Richard Githens, Patrick Wagher, and Kendrick Allen, was revived by the Circuit Court of Appeals.

The lawsuit, filed in 2023, represents the four veterans and all service members who were severely sickened by the side effects of mefloquine.
