Montana Court Dismisses Youth-led Lawsuit Challenging Trump Executive Orders
A federal district court in Montana has dismissed a youth-led lawsuit challenging the Trump administration's efforts to increase fossil fuel extraction and use.
Despite acknowledging that climate change poses a "children's health emergency," the court found that the young plaintiffs lacked standing and that it did not have the authority to grant the relief they requested.
