Aaron Nice Returns to Bridgewater Defense
Bridgewater College football standout linebacker Aaron Nice, a third-team All-American in 2023, took a season off to focus on powerlifting and qualifying for the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.
During his time away from football, Nice stayed in top physical shape, as evidenced by a 2023 season video showing him deadlifting 445 pounds, which generated over 1.4 million views and was featured on ESPN.
He has been great, he is a legacy (student). His mom and dad have a long history here at Bridgewater.
Bridgewater head coach Scott Lemn praised Nice, highlighting the value of his family's history with the college in the recruiting process.
Nice is now back with the Eagles, causing havoc for opponents and bringing power and lift to the defense.
