Winter Outlook Disagreement
The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has released its first winter outlook, which disagrees with The Farmers' Almanac's prediction of a cold and snowy winter.
In contrast, The Old Farmer's Almanac predicts a mild and dry winter, which is more in line with NOAA's forecast of slightly above-normal precipitation.
