Texas GOP Censures Lawmakers
The Texas GOP has voted to censure five of its own lawmakers in the Texas House.
The State Republican Executive Committee, the party's governing board, met to consider reprimanding 10 Republican House members for being insufficiently conservative.

Some House members say banning them from the ballot would have violated their constitutional right to appear on the ballot.
