Following a Federal Trade Commission (FTC) lawsuit, Ticketmaster has announced significant policy changes, while denying accusations of collaborating with scalpers to inflate ticket prices.
According to Daniel M. Wall, Live Nation's Executive Vice President, the new measures were outlined in a letter to US senators on October 17th, in response to the FTC's September lawsuit.
