Reunification of Abducted Toddler
A 3-year-old Alabama girl, Kionni Haugen, has been reunited with her family after being allegedly abducted by her mother, Haley Harris, and taken to Mexico.
According to investigators, Harris was tracked using her cell phone data, but Mexican officials initially refused to release Kionni back to the United States.

Lawmakers intervened, facilitating Kionni's return to her family on October 4. The incident began on September 21 when Harris attempted to take Kionni from her father's, Bryce Haugen, house.
