A man is in critical condition after being shot by police at a McDonald's drive-thru in Detroit.
According to Detroit police, the incident occurred when a vehicle was pulled over for an obscured license plate. The female driver agreed to a search of the vehicle, but the suspect, identified as 18-year-old Daniel Stubbs Jr., allegedly resisted police.
After a Taser was deployed, Stubbs became combative, tried to flee, and pulled out a gun, leading to an officer-involved shooting.
Stubbs was shot by police and is now in critical condition.
