Denver Bathhouse to Utilize Geothermal Wells and Tax Credit

The owners of Coba aim to harness heat from 800 feet underground to power their bathhouse.

The Coba team has a grand vision for a pool-packed wellness center south of downtown Denver, but for now, they have a sauna on wheels, called the Cobacita, at the planned site in the La Alma neighborhood.

The current setup serves as a preview of the more ambitious plans for the former industrial site at 1339 N.
