Police Raid in Caldwell Residence Uncovers Explosives, Drugs, and Dogs
The Caldwell Police Department conducted a search warrant at a residence on the 500 block of East Ithaca near North 5th Avenue as part of an investigation into 67-year-old Randy Robinson.
Robinson was allegedly creating homemade explosives, leading detectives to obtain a search warrant for drugs and explosives.
- Several explosive devices were found and rendered inoperable.
- Illegal drugs were seized from the home.
- Twenty-three dogs were discovered inside the residence and safely removed.
The dogs were transferred to a local animal shelter for care and evaluation. Robinson was arrested and booked into jail on felony charges related to unlawful possession of explosive devices and drugs.
