Silent Retreat in the Scottish Highlands
CAIM, a holistic wellness retreat in the Perthshire Highlands, is launching a new 3-day silent retreat, Listen to the Silence. This retreat offers guests the opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in a natural woodland setting.
The retreat is scheduled for 9–11 August and 22–24 November 2025, providing an immersive escape from the pressures of modern life. CAIM's sanctuary is set across 5.5 acres of private woodland, lying at the foot of the Scottish Highlands, surrounded by soft trails, ancient trees, and the calm of rural Scotland.
