We're the national organization providing support, resources, volunteer opportunities and hope for people fighting pancreatic cancer.
Charitable giving is a shared blessing.
This has been a lifelong family tradition and ideology for Sandy Smalley, whose parents, Sunny and Isadore Familian, were well-known philanthropists and community leaders in Los Angeles.
Sandy and her husband Marvin continued this legacy, and their children support causes close to them. The couple met as teenagers and were together for 70 years.

After Marvin's pancreatic cancer diagnosis, Sandy's kids asked how she knew something was wrong, she said.
