A judge has ruled that Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk, will be allowed to wear street clothes during his trial.
However, the 22-year-old must be physically restrained, as decided by Judge Tony Graf during a virtual court hearing on Monday.
Robinson is accused of assassinating right-wing political activist Charlie Kirk during a speaking engagement at Utah Valley University in September.
