A rooftop bar, Rose, located atop The Penrose apartments in RiNo, is involved in a legal dispute with the building's owner over access to a pool and barbecue area.

alleges Ciaran O'Brien, the owner of Rose. The dispute may affect the rollout of O'Brien's other planned drinkeries at The Penrose, including a coffee shop and a speakeasy.
