Vucic, Pellegrini Meet in Samarkand
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with Slovak President Peter Pellegrini in Samarkand to discuss strengthening bilateral relations, with an emphasis on energy sector cooperation.
A friendly and substantial discussion with President Pellegrini in Samarkand. Besides topics such as new technologies, education and cultural heritage, we also exchanged views on further strengthening of overall bilateral relations between Serbia and Slovakia, with special emphasis on cooperation in the energy sector, economic development and a joint contribution to regional stability and prosperity.
They also discussed the position of Serbia's Slovak minority and its contribution to bilateral relations during the meeting, held before the 43rd UNESCO General Conference session.
