Cineworld Announces Luxury Upgrade at Silverburn
Cineworld has unveiled a luxury upgrade at its Silverburn location, with six of the cinema's 12 screens now featuring new recliner seats.
These seats are made from recycled materials and designed to create a "zero gravity" sensation through even weight distribution.
- Six screens have been upgraded with recliner seats.
- The remaining six screens will be upgraded in a second phase.
- A new 4DX auditorium will launch later this year.
4DX technology includes motion-synchronised seats and environmental effects such as wind, water spray, scents, bubbles, fog and strobe lighting.
The upgrades follow extensive research and development aimed at improving comfort and visual experience for audiences, as part of a nationwide £35 million investment.
