Local Vietnam Veteran Raises Awareness for Agent Orange Care
A local Vietnam veteran, Emil Baker, who was disabled due to exposure to Agent Orange, is working to raise awareness about the illnesses related to the chemical used during the Vietnam War.
Baker is reaching out to the veterans community in the Capital Region to connect them with critical services.
