New Ferry to Take Over Irish Sea Route

A new ferry, the MV Ben My Chree, has arrived at Fishguard Harbour in Pembrokeshire to take over the route to Rosslare until December.

The vessel, operated by the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company, will replace the Stena Nordica while it undergoes dry dock maintenance.

The new ferry will operate on the Fishguard-Rosslare route from November 3 to November 18, after which Fishguard Port will close until December 4.

No official statement has been made regarding the closure.
