Books BC Launches ‘Read Local’ Book Boxes
The Association of Book Publishers of British Columbia has launched three limited-edition Read Local BC Book Boxes, with support from Creative BC.
These book boxes celebrate Canadian indie publishers and authors, covering topics such as Indigeneity, cooking, and eco-consciousness.
- Indigenous voices
- Locally-inspired cookbooks
- Eco-consciousness for early readers
Featured publishers include Arsenal Pulp Press, Greystone Kids, Heritage House, TouchWood Editions, and Talonbooks, among others.
The Read Local BC Book Boxes will be available through December 5, or as supplies last.
