Adelaide often feels like the centre of the universe in February and March due to many amazing events, commemorations, and activities. However, November has now become the city's biggest month for events.
November in the City of Adelaide offers an exciting mix of springtime celebrations. From the vibrant Feast Festival and World Beach Volleyball Championships to the popular Christmas Pageant and the bp Adelaide Grand Final, there is something for everyone.
"It's an incredibly busy month and, with beautiful sunny weather coming soon, it's time to get out and about in the city with family and friends," said Acting Lord Mayor Keiran Snape.
He also noted that November represents a rich diversity of community and multicultural celebrations along with world-class national and international events, reinforcing Adelaide's image as a vibrant and inclusive city.
"These events deliver on our Strategic Plan outcomes, making Adelaide an interesting and engaging place to live, learn, and visit. They also ensure that the city's unique experiences and opportunities continue to attract visitors to our city."
Through the Adelaide Economic Development Agency (AEDA), the City of Adelaide sponsors these outstanding events with a contribution of $394,000 during November.
