Schenectady Man Sentenced to 4 Years in Prison
Trejon Faircloth, 22, was sentenced to 4 years in prison for having an illegal gun.
Faircloth was stopped by police on May 10 around 11:45 p.m. while driving with a suspended license and expired registration sticker. A search of the vehicle found a Glock .40-caliber handgun under his driver's seat, as well as a backpack containing narcotics, including:
- 149 grams of oxycodone pills
- 84 grams of heroin
- 41.5 grams of cocaine
- Three ounces of cannabis
He also had scales, baggies, and $2,200 cash, indicating distribution. Faircloth will also serve 5 years of post-release supervision.
