Avengers: Doomsday Star Channing Tatum Predicts Massive Success

Channing Tatum, known for his role as Gambit, is expressing great excitement about the upcoming Marvel movie Avengers: Doomsday. With much of the film's content still kept secret, Tatum is fueling anticipation for what he believes will be a monumental release in the MCU.

"Look, everyone in the world is going to see this movie," Tatum told Deadline.

He predicts that the movie will not only be the biggest film of the next year but possibly of the entire decade.

"It's hard to say this because, I mean, you hear these things and go, 'Of course'. But they've topped themselves every time. This will be the biggest movie of next year and maybe even the next 10 years."

Tatum’s Impressed by the Scale and Vision

What impressed Tatum most was reading the initial script and witnessing the production process. He expresses amazement at the scale and ambition of the film, especially what directors Anthony and Joe Russo have planned.

"The scope of it, what they're trying to do… what the Russos have cooked up – when I read it, I was just like, 'How are they going to do this?'. It was an Everest of a mountain to climb. I am still in awe."

Gambit's Role and Challenges on Set

As Gambit, Tatum won’t be a passive presence. Although he suffered a hamstring injury during filming, he hints that his character will be active in the story's action scenes.

"I do so much action in this movie, but that was just a small part," Tatum recalled, suggesting that the X-Men characters will be deeply involved in the film’s conflicts.
